General Costs & Guidelines For Homemaker Services

Monday thru Friday:

• $35.00-$52.50 per hour for eight or more hours of care

• $50.00-$75.50 per hour for four hours of care

Saturday/Sunday:

• $37.00-$55.50 per hour for Eight or more Hours of Care

• $55.00-$82.50 per hour for Less than 4 hours of Care

Most cases start at the lower end of each range listed above. Range is presented for consideration of 1) holiday premium*, 2) intensity of cases requiring advanced skill level or extra physical attention including using use of durable medical equipment and/or 3) when more than one patient requires care.

Live-in Shift

• $480.00 per day 24 Hours (M-F)

(Live-in rates are only applicable when caregiver is permitted to sleep throughout the night. Not applicable for Hospice patients.)

MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT: 67 cents per mile - For use of caregiver’s vehicle

CAREGIVER PAYMENTS: Payments are made directly to caregiver upon receipt of caregiver’s weekly invoice.

HOLIDAY PREMIUM: One and one half times the regular caregiver rate shall be paid on the following holidays:

• Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (3pm-midnight), Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (3pm-midnight), New Year’s Day.

CANCELLATION FEES: Less than 48 Hour Notice or No Notice

• SHOW UP Pay - When a shift is cancelled without 48 hours prior notice the caregiver and agency shall receive payment for the entire amount of the cancelled shift as a courtesy to the caregiver.

AGENCY PORTION: Our Agency portion is included in the above rates and is due upon receipt of Agency Invoice.
